Ok, maybe not a folc only time will tell with that, but I'd like to announce the birth of my little girl, Kaley Linda. She was born 4-28-06 (on her due date, imagine that!) at 2:09 am. she weighed 8lbs 9oz and was 20 inches long. She's a very healthy (and hungry!) little girl. And, of course, she's gorgous

Thanks Surprisingly enough, I'm not exhausted all the time like I was when Riley was born. Somewhere along the line, I guess I managed to learn how to sleep when I could during the night. Now all I have to figure out is how to deal with nursing a newborn and watching my 2-year-old!

Congrats to mom and grandmom(and grandpa and dad and baby brother, etc...)

Tara, it definitely can be done, but do not underestimate the power of a playpen...

Now, if you are truly blessed and the little angle sleeps through the majority of the night, great! If she ends up like our newest one, who only sleeps about three hours at a stretch, God's mercies upon you.

Don't let Riley near her with any markers! (Trust me, it can happen faster than you think) Then you could get this!

The longest she's ever slept has been 5 hours and that was after she got her hep b shot in the hospital. Since then, the longest has been 4 hours, usually it's 3. I'm sure it'll stretch out after awhile. Riley did, after all.

Oh, and, thanks in part to my wonderful mother, Riley's already had markers to play with. Here's a pic taken in March:
