Huh? I thought not only that Angel was already guaranteed a fifth season, but that Spike was transferring over there from Buffy.

Angel seem be quite sure (I guess 90%) but Spike's presence on isn't confirmed yet.

James Marsters Spoke about that in the Q&A at the Cleveland convention. I'll try to find the right words...

it's official, we have a 5th season!

as for the rest... JM and all... we'll just have to wait and see. just glad that there will be a show next year.

Apparently Smallville is going to switch nights and be on at 8:00 while Angel will keep the 9:00 wed night time slot.
