A Miracle Child (Drabble) - 01/16/08 06:15 PM
This is a sappy little drabble vignette about Kal-El coming to earth, and it's exactly 100 words (not counting this intro *g*) according to my PC. Hope you enjoy!

John stood in wonder, watching his son play in the huge back yard. The boy was almost eight, now, but it still seemed like only yesterday that they had found a strange spaceship with a tiny infant inside. He was nothing less than a miracle--their miracle child.
He turned to look for his wife and saw her talking to a friend. As he approached, he heard the words “----Wayne? You don’t say!” He was curious, but it was time to go in. He called his family together and they found their places just as the Ringmaster announced, “the Flying Graysons.”
