Yeah, this one was pretty short. Like I said, the entries will vary in size. As it happens, this one was (I believe) the shortest. Bad news is that Part 1 (not counting the author's note) is pretty much the longest.

Tell you what... I'll post Part 3 today, give you a bit more to work with. I was thinking of moving the schedule a bit anyway. (Though I do have an upcoming trip that might throw things off a bit early next week.)

Anyway, glad you enjoyed what there was of this part. (Anyone singing along?) Further comments are, of course, always welcome.

That was bizarre. I was literally listening to "Livin' on a Prayer" - the very lyrics you quoted - on the radio as I was reading this part. First time I've heard the song in years, and I was literally reading along in time to the song.
