This fic is so CUTE! I read it twice -- it was so enjoyable because you really nailed the interactions with the dog (he understands, but doesn't quite, and he's a perfect little bull in a china shop, but he's so unabashedly happy!). 
I laughed when I read, "super quiet" because it feels so natural and it works on both levels. 
This so effortlessly captures a happy dog's energy with SO MUCH ACTION!
I truly don't know if Lois' behavior or Krypto's behavior is more perfectly on point here!
Especially hers!
OMG, I can just see their WHOLE LIVES before them! This interaction kills me. 
I know that Clark has no idea, but I feel like this dog might have some bizarre house training in addition to what we'd consider 'house trained.'
This was such a fun read! I just love Krypto!

As a bit of curiosity, when Clark first got Krypto, he made a mess in their apartment and Lois didn't want him living with them. But after she witnessed Krypto risking his life to save Clark, she had a change of heart.
