I love how simple this is! Yaaaaaassss - let's get Lex arrested! 
I love normalizing this in fic - it seems exactly like how the show would address it (not to mention the comics, lol).
This is so Clark and so them! The way you've written it really gives us a sense how they can be strong for one another, stronger together than they are apart.

This chapter does such a good job of showing them hiding behind what they think the other wants.
This dichotomy is so tragic!

Yeah, someone recognized the song. I absolutely love their music. I didn't think they were too well known on your side of the pond, with maybe the exception of "Take On Me".
