Well, hopefully some of you are still enjoying this story...

I'm enjoying this story. Clark's insistence that he isn't Superman...yeah, Luthor and Arkham Asylum did a number on him. Leave it to Lois and Martha to knock some sense into him, though!

Aww, thanks, Annie! I've been worried I've scared people off of enjoying the story. I've done a lot of horrible things in it...which was fun for me but maybe not for everyone else. Although, I do lay this particular thing - Clark not wanting to confront that he's Superman - firmly at the feet of Arkham. It was there that being Superman got him tortured. Luthor's influence was in Clark's fear of his own name when he was found. Poor guy has been too afraid of his own identity for too long.

Wow! Waking up this morning to this chapter was joyous. Hope is now tangible. Go Martha. Go Lois. Wonder Woman has nothing on these two. I can hardly wait for next week.

I wait with bated breath each weekend for the next installment. Even though I don't comment with every post, please be assured I am hooked on this story and can hardly wait to see how you wrap it up and (hopefully) put all the broken pieces back together. So well written it is entirely believable.

Thanks so much! If this quasi-quarantine makes me loopy, I might consider posting earlier than the weekend. We'll see. Depends on how stir-crazy we're all going by then. But glad you enjoyed the chapter! At least Clark's regaining some of his former self.
