In honor of Thanksgiving I thought I'd do a little play on a quick introspective from the most unthankful guest on the series.

Fun Fact: A Bolt From the Blue aired around Thanksgiving in Season 2.

Awww... I love it. Thanks for sharing this.

I'm glad that Clark didn't ask Bruce for financial assistance with this one.

Joy,

Quote
A tear trickled in the corner of William’s eyes as he stared at the card and then turned his attention to the number on the check. Despite the questionable choices in the past, it seemed even he was able to earn redemption. Relief washed over him as he stood in the doorway of his childhood home and then made the final step out the door.

Life continued to throw him curveballs, but this was one he could handle.

Yes, William was a difficult event in Superman's life, but at least he still made it a point to take care of Wandamae.

Great story! My best to you and the family! smile1

Awesome. I often wonder about what happened to the single episode characters. Now I don't need to wonder so much about one of them smile

Delightful story! And it's so-o Clark to have done that! clap

Hoping that WWW makes better decisions with his second chance.

Aww, great ficlet! Thanks for sharing it. It's refreshing (in a way) to see William's greed through a different lens - not as a result of pure greed, but as the product of dire circumstances.

Thank you for sharing, and I hope he's able to regain his childhood home in the future.

This was quite a nice story. I too like the idea of revisiting a one-off character and giving him a chance at redemption.
