Awww! Just what was needed on a cloudy, cold day a next generation ficlet. Clark comfort and encourages his daughter who rightly has a lot of concerns! After all, Superman is the only one she knows with superpowers so of course she thinks mom did something wrong.

I wonder how they managed to not make Daddy disappear too obviously and how long they waited to tell him just who his adoptive father is. That is, I’m guessing they adopted CJ when he was a couple of years old, otherwise, Lois got pregnant just before she was 40 and they got lucky really late in the game.
