That about sums it up. This is a strong contender for next year's Best Comedy Kerth award.

Mom! Do you know why the sky is blue?”

“Water droplets, Sweetie. The air is full of them, and they make it look blue.”
Wrong,
Why is the sky blue?

Hey, for everyone who knows why the sky is really blue - it was Lois that got asked the question, and it was Lois who responded what she believed.

Clark is probably the one who could answer the *real* reason why the sky is blue. Lois just goes with what she thinks is right. laugh

And it was a great story!

And that's where the sky isn't blue, too! laugh

Really cute story, but, hey, Lois, you don't take a strong enough interest in the color blue, given that you are married to this gorgeous man in blue... :p

(But Iolan is right, it really was a perfect Lois answer! thumbsup )

And the discussion about how you know if you are gay was just adorable. Particularly Clark's answer:

Quote
“David...Son...I really don’t know everything about these kinds of things, and I don’t know what you’ll like and what you won’t in the future, but I know this: You’re my son. You always *will* be my son, and I always will be your father. No matter what happens, I’ll always love you. And if, someday, you decide that you don’t want to watch the football game anymore, I *promise* you that we’ll find something else to do together.”
Perfect! clap

Yay! Feedback! Thanks, guys! smile1

It feels so good to be posting again. laugh

As for Lois's answer to why the sky is blue...well, it's close to the answer my Dad always gave me, and I decided to make it extra-simplified by omitting the reference to light refraction. Should I change it? huh

But over all, I'm so glad you liked. smile

What a hilarious little vigi. I'm in awe. I'd probably never have the courage for putting an idea like this out here clap

I only have one complaint: We're never going to get the follow-up on this story, are we? We're never going to see how David learns why the sky is really blue. After all, it's just Superman's suit is not colorfast and the blue color keeps seeping into the atmosphere, making the sky blue. Oh, wait, no, I was thinking of the talk Clark has with Lois about Lara and then Lois has with Lara about how she has nosy siblings and needs to keep her comic books better hidden laugh At least, they won't have to worry about Lara shagging up with Wonder Woman in a couple of years evil
