Can i just say.... AWWWWW? This was the cutest thing I have read in a long time. I was smiling throughout. Your dialogue was just so... adorable! Loved the little notes Lois left and Clark not being able to figure it out. And the Smallville cracks were priceless. Thank you for writing this little ficcie that definitely put me a happy and silly mood!

I loved the description of the kiss, sweet and dangerous. I was perplexed why Clark was hoping Lois would win, I was surprised he admitted that he threw the game, and I was pleased at the ending.

Thank you for an absolutely amazing story. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had all the sweetness and cuteness I could've asked for. I smiled a lot as I read it, and even better, I kept going with 'aaaawwwwwww.'

And what a coincidence that we were writing for each other. *g*

This was great. thumbsup

After this I have to believe that Lois lane is the Sun Tzu of snowball fighting. Clark should recognize that fact and concede he will never beat her in this particular contest. (And then beg for lessons.)

Hey everyone! Thanks for all the feedback! I'm glad you liked the story.

Ann, thanks for the detailed feedback! I'm glad you liked Lois's antics - I figure she has to be able to best him at something. And it's somewhat of a relief that you liked the parts you quoted. I'm sometimes afraid my writing is too wordy, and I was concerned about those lines in particular. I never thought of it, but it is quite possible that Clark made up some of those rules!

bellarata, I'm glad this fic was good for your mood!

Elisabeth, I thought that was a fitting description of the beginning of their relationship with that kiss. Good to hear that you liked it! By the way, thanks so much to you and Carol for organizing this! I had a lot of fun!

Saskia, I am thrilled that you liked this story! Mission accomplished. smile1

Sara, JD, and Laura, thanks for reading, and I'm glad you liked it!

Bob, I think that description is pretty accurate. I'd love to be able to pull something like that off in real life!

cp33, ugh, I know exactly how the 80 degrees in January feels. We had a few days of that last week ourselves. Unfortunatetly, writing/reading about snow just makes me miss it more!

Michael, see you in a few!

Thanks again, everyone!

awww! that was so much fun! Gotta love that they both have their own set of rules for *snowball fights*! LOL! Well done - this made for one really cool snowball fight and a really cute fic! thumbsup

Lois stopped suddenly, mid-sentence, as she realized Clark was no longer walking next to her. Turning to look for him, she began, “What are you...”

Once again cut off mid-sentence, Lois was momentarily rendered speechless as she stared first at the sleeve of her overcoat and then at Clark.
Huh?

Snowball fight?

Cured of speechlessness by Clark's taunting, Lois replied with a disdain that was mostly in jest. “Please. If this,” as she held out her ice-dusted sleeve, “is what you farm boys consider a snowball fight, then you have a thing or two to learn about urban winter warfare.”
