Part 5 should be out before I head off to my final at 8am CST.

Should I do previews like Carol? =P

No one wanted to comment on the difference this chapter had?

I think you know this already, but I loved the teasing between CJ and Clark in this chapter. Particularly, CJ's willingness to tease Clark in front of Lois. It's funny to read, but also very believable.

Thank you Nancy =) I love writing their banter too ^.^

No one has yet commented on the one event that will shatter a lot of S1's plot though =X
You mean the part about Lois being suspicious of Lex? It's so obvious. (Especially after reading the fifth part...)

I was wondering if people would catch that I brought her back into the room early... and yes it is highlighted in part 5.

I have to admit that I missed that change. I have been enjoying Lois being more interested in Clark.

I keyed into her being suspicious of Lex but I didn't associate that as being related to the exchange with the sword.

Yeah it was subtle... but I figured she would look at that and wonder a lot more about Lex's philosophies in life... if not his sanity...
/waves frantically/ Hi Sara hyper

Loved part 4 and of course I picked up on Lois picking up on Lex. It's one of those scenes this board conditions you to watch carefully and I wondered when Lois would show up. Talk about a neon-sign and a parade announcing her early entrance wink blush

So, the other difference is Lois' black dress instead of a midnight blue one. blush And the whole dance scene is great with Lois being sort of enamored with Clark and thus less susceptible to Lex. I love it hyper

And Clark lost his footing again, only to be saved by Jay clap

Wonder though what Lois thought when she saw twins. Probably that her libido went into Never Never Land or something laugh

In my first draft I didn't 'introduce' CJ until the end of Pilot.... which ended up making Clark look kinda crazy... but adding him earlier... having him show up at the ball just kinda happened... and the imagery of him trying to drag Clark back to earth was just too tempting...

As for Lois' entrance *shrug* some people did miss it, some didn't...

As for the dance... there's more there that will be revealed later angel-devil
