ComicDom has a wealth of costumed heroes that wear masks.

For this tale picture a L&C Verse where rumors about the Batman , the Flash, Captain Mar-vell ,and several others "heroes", abound. Facts are harder to come by, but that doesn't stop the TV news shows, at least some of them.

With all the high tech toys these days Kal el's face would be computerized and his secret identity known very rapidly.

So rather than invent a costume he purchases a few common ones off a website and wears a variety of different costumes of actual existing "Heroes". after all, none of them are in a position to complain that someone is posing as them while saving lives and stopping crime.

I either have seen a challenge like this or discussed this very scenario with someone from these boards, but alas, no story yet. But I'd sure read it if someone did write it.

In the past I suggested Clark just wear the various costumes but no one got interested in that.

What is different about this idea is I'm suggesting he use the costumes of currently active costumed characters.
