I am looking for a story. During the 1st season, Clark and Lois are in the park and Clark confesses his love for Lois. She replies that she only thinks of him as a "brother." He challenges her to give him 3 (?) days to court her. She agrees. He takes her to Smallville to woo her.

There is a story on the Nfic Archive site, The House of Kent, by Stopquitdont, which covers this description except the trip to Smallville.

Can anyone else think of a story similar to this?

I remember a story where Clark asked for a chance to date Lois before she agreed to Lex's proposal, but I don't remember Smallville being in it. I feel like he took her out to that restaurant that he does take her out to later in season 2. If I get chance over the next few days, I'll try to find it.

I just found and read Tracey's All I Ask, and it was SO amazing!! After the rejection in the park, Clark challenges Lois to just give him one date to show her what it's like to be with him.
