Chapter 16. When Scott was still developing, I new something significant had to have happened in order for him to change his mind and go against Lex. I was shocked when it came to me (actual gasp out loud and everything). I thought Hightower was more evil than Lex. On the flip side, I really enjoyed putting Jimmy in the spotlight. He has his own ideas and is quite the investigator himself as we started to see as the show progressed.
