So, a little history...I actually joined this board around the time my eldest was born. It was a fun way to pass time while recovering from having her and dealing with the drama that was my life at the time. (Crazy ex-family and all that)

I just got done registering her for Middle School. How crazy is that? I'm the parent of someone old enough for MIDDLE SCHOOL! I feel old. I'm not that old, am I? lol

OMG! Congrats! Time does fly, doesn't it?

I joined the boards in 2011 to give me creative outlet/something to do while I dealt with infertility. (We'd been trying for over a year.) It got my through the waiting, the treatments, my eventual pregnancy, and now my girls will be 4 this summer and start pre-K in September.

You're not old at all. The world is just moving too quickly is all!

Both of you enjoy these years. They go by with incredible speed.

My 'adoptive' daughter was married in early February. (What a fun wedding!) She recently informed me she is expecting.

Yikes!

A writer's job is to think of new plots and create characters who stay with you long after the final page has been read. If that mission is accomplished than we have done what we set out to do, which is to entertain and hopefully educate.

Wow! Congratulations on becoming a grandparent. smile It's just hard realizing how fast she's growing up. Time is moving at warp speed it seems.
