I've now created a page for Lex on fanlore.org - please let me know if I've got anything wrong.

http://fanlore.org/wiki/Lex_Luthor_%28Lois_and_Clark%29

So far I've only posted one fanfic link, to the "Joy of Lex" page on the archives, I could use more suggestions for Lex-centric fics.

Any more?

Morgana

A writer's job is to think of new plots and create characters who stay with you long after the final page has been read. If that mission is accomplished than we have done what we set out to do, which is to entertain and hopefully educate.

I've written two Lex filks:

Just You Wait, Lexy Luthor! catalogs the various inventive ways FoLCs have killed off Lex in their fics. The HTML version is a bit messed up, in that the lyrics aren't on separate lines, but I'm not sure what I can do about it.

Lex on Life is Lex's philosophy, based on S1, complete with stage directions.

How about Labrat's magnum opus? Masques, I think it was.

Lois: You know the deal.
Clark: Superman gets the guys in capes, Lois and Clark get the guys in suits.

Hazel, your filk is brilliant! And you've managed to combine my favourite musical with my favourite TV show. Brava!

Joy,
Lynn

p.s., I just read "Lex on Life." Another terrific filk. And we definitely have similar tastes in musicals. smile

Thanks for those recs - they're fun, but it doesn't feel to me like they really showcase the character very well. Anything else that shows him as his evil but charming self?

He figures prominently in my 'In Cat's Corner', Marcus.

Thanks - I remember that one, I'll add it to the list. And I think I really need to make a page for the Firestorm series.

OK, I've got ten stories now including the ones on the "Joy of Lex" page, that's probably enough.

What about fan art, videos, etc.? Anything?

Later - Firestorm page now created

Someone else had already linked to Firestorm in the main L&C entry, and I referenced Firestorm and Timestorm in the H.G. Wells entry, so it seemed to be a good idea to do a page for the series. I've done a few others, e.g. the Dawn of Discovery series, the Catwoman Cat Tales series, and so forth, series that were referred to by multiple entries in the Wiki.

I've made a similar page for Nan Smith's "Home" series:
