It was “Superman’s Women” by Claude DuBarrie, a cheap and tawdry piece of thinly disguised soft porn authored by a former reporter for the Daily Planet.
I need to write this for the n-side! devil
Regardless of the circumstances, Lois' ties to her children would be a powerful motivating factor for keeping her in check. I'm wondering, considering her racist attitude, about the racial background of her children. Are their fathers of African decent (some of her captors) or European decent (marks that she met on her assignments). And what about her current pregnancy? Is she still being victimized or was this pregnancy her choice? She loves her children, but how does she separate her feelings towards them with her feelings towards their fathers?
Looking forward to the next part. thumbsup

Ah. I need to clarify something.

Lois isn't pregnant right now. Dr. Frazier examined her and discovered that she'd borne at least one child. And the identity of the daddy (daddies?) will be revealed - sort of - in a later chapter.

Oh. Well that's important to understand! I just went back and reread that section...the wording still made me think Lois is currently pregnant. Maybe you could edit a few words to make the situation clearer - it's certainly relevant and necessary to the story.

It's done, Groobie. I thought I was being clear, but I guess not. During the exam in chapter 4, Dr. Frazier tells Lois that she's not pregnant but the doctor knows that Lois has had at least one child.

For those who aren't mommies, the tell-tales for childbirth are the shape of the pelvis and the surrounding soft tissues. If you want to learn more specific information, it's on the web somewhere. I'm not pushing this reply over on the N-fic side.
