Feedback folder for Tainted.

Sorry this took a few days, real life got in the way... Plus I've been working on A Week in Paris.

Wow. Take a episode and knock it on its side, ONCE MORE! I had never thought about it in this way before. Of course, it would be tainted. How awful for Clark! He finally learns about his birth folks and Luthor (and Jack) steals that moment from him. Brilliant deductive reasoning, Feli! notworthy You're really nailing Clark's thought process through-out this series.

This is exactly what I thought Clark's reaction would be first time I saw this episode. It gave me chills. Exploring Clark's feelings was probably limited by time and the family time slot L&C aired. Thankfully you remedied that. thumbsup

I agree with Virginia, you totally nailed this! clap

Reading this story is like peeking over Clark's shoulder as he writes in his journal, revealing all his heartache over what should have been a joyful event. The story is all the more powerful because of the brevity of words.

Well done.

Clark's vulnerability here is very understandable...the messages were for him - private and personal, and those moments with his Kryptonian parents was stolen from him as surely as the globe had been stolen form Clark's apartment. Very good observation.

Thanks everyone!

I always thought it had to be heart wrenching for Clark to have the globe stolen at all, let alone at such a crucial time. I wish they'd explored this storyline a bit more on the show, but as cuidadora commented, they really didn't have a lot of time.

And again, another amazing job, Feli clap.

I've had moments--thinking how scary it would be that Clark knows that someone else is watching his videos--but never have gone into how violating, how frustrating it would be. To have this one personal thing about himself finally be known to him, but know simultaneously that someone is 'watching it over your shoulder'. Horrible!

And then to top it all off, Lois is on the prowl--trying to figure out a story about it all. Watching him, trying to gain article info.

What could have been a really amazing time for Clark, instead was quite stressful overall...

Great job!
Laura

"Where's Clark?" "Right here."

...two simple sentences--with so much meaning.
