I know this has probably been asked before, and I apologise in advance, but...

I currently have a few clips in ASF format that I need to convert to AVI (or another similar format so I can edit them with WMM for a class project).

Does anybody know how I'd be able to convert the files, what programs I might need (freeware, if at all possible), or any possible way I'd be able to use the files in WMM in their current format?

Any help at all would be spectacular. smile

Dave

I've only fiddled with the program a bit, but it appears VirtualDub can do it. There's a small tutorial on how to do it here.

Hope it helps!

Thanks, Sara!

Probably should have asked before I posted... <g> Anyway, will definitely have to look into that. smile
