Hi - I can't remember what site it was that had many pictures and videos of LnC. Can you help?

Each episode had a description, pictures, etc. It also had a video for each episode. When it first aired ABC had a bit of video showing the next episode/up next. This site had that.

Is it still around?

The The Lois and Clark Archive has tons of pictures and if you search enough, there's a lot of promos and stuff too [though I've tried to download a couple and have had problems with those.

Not sure if that's what you're looking for but it's the one that popped into my head.
