1. Who has the longest rap sheet?

2. Who would have a rap sheet, if only they had been caught?

3. Do any have a pronounced accent (not the midwest fare that Lois, Clark, Jimmy, Cat, etc. have)? (AKA does anyone not sound like me?)

4. Who would win the award for running fastest in high heels?
edit: I just noticed that only one female is left. I better ask who would win the award for who could scale a chainlink fence fastest.

#6 who could be described by lesser beings as a shrimp.
On the basis of this... And he could assume a leadership role. I’m not so sure about computers, but it kind of seems likely.
Question 2: Is # 6 Big Buster Williams?

~~~~~
Male, smart where Applied Theory is concerned and, title of Dr. Based on heighth, I don’t believe this can be Dr. Klein as noted above. This guy can’t be related to anyone else on the list and we know Lois isn’t on this list. We also know he’s taller than Clark. Question 3: So is # 8 Dr. Sam Lane?
~~~~~

#4 would excel at being a Talk Show Host, she would be happy to have the title of Doctor, if only so that she could boast about it. Would be Prom Queen, even if she had to cheat to win. OH, YEAH, SHE LIKES TO CHEAT - EVEN GETTING SUPERPOWERS. Is a Honey Blonde and in Season 3. Question 4: Is # 4 Lucille Newtrich?

~~~~~
Sorry to just be guessing people, but there are such great clues...
1) Is #1 Zara?
It could be Lara - Clark's mom and a Kryptonian. It *could* be her but I'm a bit confused. Zara is technically Clark's wife.
Isn’t this two guesses about the same individual in one post? I had a similar post before (I’m sure you remember) and it wasn’t allowed. One of the people I guessed was given to the next person who guessed. So in that light, shouldn’t smileyd be the only one to get credit for the answer (regardless of time stamp)?
What I meant was...
There are only two Kryptonian women that I know of (Lara and Zara) It could have been Lara but there is no technicality in Lara being Clark's mother. It's a fact! So, it can't have been Lara.
Whereas technically, Zara is Kal El's wife.
EDIT
Besides, we all know Zara appeared in more than one episode whereas I'm not sure of Lara. And Lara most definitely did not have an alter ego!
These clues were not updated at that time in the list and so I had to go back and search in the posted messages by James.
END OF EDIT
You see, when I guess someone and want to post the answer before anybody else does, I make a muck of the reasons I give and the sentences I type because I want to get there first.
You can see how close it was between me and smileyD this time and so I confessed when I edited my message and went back to see her message had been posted too.
And no, I wasn't double-guessing it as Lara. I was just musing out aloud. That's why I think we ought to have the actual questions we put to James in BOLD, so there's no confusion about double guesses.
I hope you didn’t think I was saying something against you, coolgirl. I’m not talking about the technicalities of both Lara and Zara being related to Clark - that’s a fact (and I re-read my post - it doesn’t mention anything about them being related). The way I see it this is guessing two people for the same # and James made a point of saying this was against the rules in game 3 (halfway though game 3). So once again my poor OCD perfectionist psyche is confused. Must be why I work in a psych hospital - I’m trying to fix my own psyche. rotflol
P.S. I went back and made my questions bold.
Oh no, no! As I said... I was just clarifying... maybe you could say, going a bit on the defensive!
Here is how I took it.
{Insight into James' Brain 101}
Quote
1) Is #1 Zara?
It could be Lara - Clark's mom and a Kryptonian. It *could* be her but I'm a bit confused. Zara is technically Clark's wife.
I didn't see CoolGirl's original post, I only saw it after she had edited it.
So, her 1) Is #1 Zara? was to me the only question since it had a numeric one there. If the numeric one hadn't been there, I would have taken it as two guesses and I would have said "{annoying buzzer sound} sorry, broke the rules, try again."
The next part
It could be Lara - Clark's mom and a Kryptonian. It *could* be her but I'm a bit confused.
I took her mentioning of Lara to be just that, a mention. I know several people that do not know what they are thinking unless they actually say it out loud. I just took this section and thought to myself "mental musings being sorted out."
The next section
Zara is technically Clark's wife.
Was the same, but it supported her initial question, so I took that as her reason for the guess.
This concludes the mini-seminar on Insight into James' Brain 101. I hope that it has been educational and not too terrifying.
Also, as to the related versus not related.
The section at the end of the Recaps is for those items that pertain to the remaining characters. Since Zara had been guessed, the remaining characters are not related to eachother.
And as for Superman. Yes, He will not be making an appearance this time round. This doesn't stop sleep deprived people from guessing him.
Now, I have to get ready for work. I will answer the rest of the game questions later.
But, Classicalla, you did get #10, it is Alt-James Olsen hyper
Q1&2 Technically, none of them have much of a rap-sheet:
#3 died before being charged.
#4 was arrested.
#6 is hospitalized, indefinitely.
#9 is wanted but not in custody.
Q3 #s 3 & 9 have accents that do not originate in the USA.
Q4 None of them are the 'scaling a chainlink fence' type.
Though, it is possible that #8 have done so to try and escape his chaser.
Now that I think about it, #6 is runty enough to have developed the skill in his teenaged years so that he could escape the bullies in his life. He would be the fastest.
I don't see what you did as 'just guessing' You are using logical reasoning.
Q2 no
Q3 no.
Q4 Brilliant deduction! Yes! #4 is Lucille Newtrich.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

RECAP

1. Sarah/Zara (CoolGirl/SmileyD)

2.
Could assume leader role on a deserted Island.
Appeared in more than one episode.
Male.
Recognized titles on Earth.

3.
Male.
Recognized titles on Earth.
Died before being charged for a crime.
Has a non-USA accent.

4. Lucille Newtrich (Classicalla)

5. Leigh-Anne Stipanovic (CoolGirl)

6.
Could assume leader role on a deserted Island.
Male.
Smart where computers are concerned.
Hospitalized, indefinitely, before being charged for a crime.
Would probably be the fastest at scaling a chainlinked fence.
Not Big Buster Williams.

7.
Male.
Smart where computers are concerned.
Would not have personally known or seen or talked to any of the others.
From a general sense, he would know of #2 and have seen him on TV.
He might also be aware of #6 and possibly #4, both from Daily Planet articles.

8.
Male.
Smart where Applied Theory is concerned.
Recognized titles on Earth.
Not Dr. Klien.
May have scaled a chainlinked fence to escape his chaser.
Not Sam Lane.

9.
Appeared in more than one episode.
Male.
Wanted for questioning/crimes but not in custody.
Has a non-USA accent.

10. Alt-James Olsen (Classicalla)

OF THE REMAINING:

None are related to each other.
All have the equivelent of a 12th grade education.
None are known singers.
None Fancied Lois or Clark.

ok, I am going to take a shot at this game!

Is #6 Jason Xavier?
He was definitely smart where computers were concerned, Im pretty sure he was hospitalized cause he was trapped in the virtual world. He was definitely a dork so might have been able to scale a chain link fence to get away from bullies.
What Season(s) Is Number 3 in?

That's all i cant think of now.... Not very good at this but maybe ill get better!

I think you are excellent with this.

Q1 Yes, Jaxon Xavier is #6!
Q2 Third Season.

Not bad for first timer!

I'm glad you guessed Jaxon. I couldn't think of his name, but I wondered if it was him.

A few more questions for the masses to chew on:

1. Do we know any family members of the remaining five? (not necessarily in this list)

2. Would number eight wear a white hat in a spaghetti Western?

3. Were any of the remaining sources for the Daily Planet?

and one guess:
4. Is number nine St. John? (British accent, alluded custody when Luthor's empire broke down, male, seen repeatedly in more than one season)

Q1 no.
Q2 Yes.
Q3 Technically #7 could be a on-the-run source for Lois.
Q4 Nope, good guess though.

Is #3 Nigel?

Is #9 Leslie Luckabee?

I think, therefore, I get bananas.

When in doubt, think about time travel conundrums. You'll confuse yourself so you can forget what you were in doubt about.

ah ah ah/me shakes a finger at Woody.

Q1: You said #7 would have seen #2 on TV, Where on TV would he have seen them?
Q2: If any of them had the opportunity to kill superman would they and by what means would they take?

Sorry, missed the part about giving reasons.

For #3, I thought it might be him because I don't remember him actually being caught and charged with a crime previous to his "dealings" with Mazik at the end of season 2. He appeared in more than one episode, obviously, and the English accent was mentioned by Elisabeth.

For #9, he was the only other foreign accent I could think of that had appeared in more than one episode, and the other specifics for #9 seem to fit, but I believe he fancied Lois so I'm not sure if it's him after all.

What does "Recognized titles on Earth" mean, exactly?

And for #8, what season did he appear in?

1. Does number 8 have a doctorate? If so, does he specialize in something other than medicine?

2. Do any of the remaining work for a company owned by Lex Luthor or personally work for him?

3. Is number three best known for his job, appearance, dumb luck or net worth? (Since so far he seems to be known for diddly squat.)

4. Is number nine a boss, underling or medium-level bad guy?

Elisabeth
PS I have an educated guess. I would say that he used the phrase "recognized title on Earth" because he didn't know what title Zara might have, but knew that someone in her position would have a title. Those with recognized Earth titles would have a doctorate, military rank or such.

Q1 In the news, a politician.
Q2 #2 Wouldn't have Superman killed, unless Superman had turned bad, somehow.
#3 Already tried to kill Superman with green K.
Neither #7 & #8 would kill Superman.
#9 Hmm...That's a tough one. #9 wouldn't do it himself, but he would try to get Lois Lane to do it.

Q2 Nope, #9 is not Luckabee
Q3 Well, at the time I was asked, Zara was in the running and I didn't know what her title was...
Q4 Season 2

Q1 Yes. Yes.
Q2 #9 was one of Lex's Right hand men. None of the rest worked for Lex or his companies, as far as I know.
Q3 His job.
Q4 See answer to Q2.

Is number nine Asabi? (right-hand man with an obvious accent who once suggested that the amnesiac Lois kill Kent so that Clark could capture her soul or some other mumbo-jumbo)

Elisabeth
PS I'm glad I phrased the question as I did, because I was really asking if number eight worked for Lex Labs

1. Does number 2 serve nationally, statewide or on the local level? Would Lois vote for him?

2. Does number 3 call his own shots or did somebody tell him to go after Supes with K?

3. Has number 8 made any inventions?

I'm going out on a limb: Is number 8 Emmet Vale? (a scientist on the run from his own invention) I admit I don't remember enough about him to know if they all fit, but I couldn't find the guy in season two who fit perfectly.
