That's all I can get out as my German is terrible (actually more accurately I have no German), but it's Steve Law and Hank West after they were revived and see Superman saving that little girl from being crushed by that billboard at the beginning of Supermann. Well the saving the girl bit was from Neverending Battle, but the resurrected Nazis speaking is from Supermann.
