I wanted to identify the plane in Kill Bill, someone pointed me at the Internet Movie Plane DB. It doesn't cover many TV shows, but if you've seen a plane in a movie and want to find out what it is for your fanfic, this may be able to help:

Thanks for the tip Marcus. I never heard of this. It is very interesting. Trying to identify the wings shot from airplane interiors is going to be tough because so many look so much alike.

And someone just linked me to this

http://www.imfdb.org/

Internet Movie firearm database - guns in films and on TV; This does have a section on Lois and Clark.

And two more

Internet Movie Car Data Base

http://www.imcdb.org/

You have to search for specific movies / shows rather than browsing, and there isn't as much information as there is in the planes database, but it seems fairly comprehensive. No page for Lois and Clark, unfortunately.

Also helicopters (some overlap with the planes)

http://www.rotaryaction.com/

Entries have a lot of information - but again, no Lois and Clark.

Will internet wonders ever cease! Hot chicks firing hot guns! What more could a fanboy want?
I didn't check out the hot guys with fast cars yet. I'll do that next.
Thanks for the info.
