I'm trying to find which episode it was where they had that bachelor auction on the show... Does anyone know, off the top of their head? That was for charity, right? Which was it? Something Luthor-related, I'll bet? I've had this really silly idea for a fic, but I'm not able to find the info I need so I can place it in the right timeline. I don't want to screw up and have characters say things that they're not supposed to know yet. hehehe! Thanks!

That was I'm Looking Through You. The auction was for charity, but Luthor wasn't behind it, although he was one of the prizes.

In the script, the charity they were raising money for was the Luthor Center For the Blind. But it seems to me, if I recall correctly, that the episode doesn't say what the charity is. On the other hand, there may be a sign or something in the background that tells the charity. Although I'm not entirely sure about that. (I watched and read that episode alot when I was writing my story for the fundraiser ) ML

There is a sign, but it doesn't seem to tell very much. As you can see in this picture , it just says "Buy A Date With Your Favorite Celebrity: Auction Tonight." I like the idea of the Luthor Foundation For the Blind, though. It seems very apt.
When in doubt, think about penguins. It probably won't help, but at least it'll be fun.

I'll have to check the ep. I don't recall anything in the show saying what it was for, but if it was a sign in the background it would be easy to miss. Nan PS. I guess you posted just before I did, Paul. In any case, since it wasn't in the actual show, I'd say Lara can get away with whatever she wants. Nan

Martha mentions something about $50000 to help blind children, but there is no direct reference to a particular charity.

I like that it's a Luthor Foundation, really... so I'm going to use that. hehehe. It fits perfectly with something I'm trying to do.
