Nope, doesn't work for me, either.
But! Handily enough, I have that file on my computer. There's a note (from Debby, I assume) that comes with the picture files:
This special script is presented all in .jpg format.
jpgs can be read by many programs that can handle graphics,
like Internet Explorer and other browsers.
I scanned every page that had something on it, including
the backs of many pages.
I don't know who used this script, but I suspect it was
someone who dealt with continuity because I see notes
that tell which hand Lois was holding her purse in.
That would be important if continuous scenes were shot
out of sequence or on different days.
I've uploaded a zipfile of all the scans. The file is just over 11 MBs. Hope this works out for you!
