Okay, I've wracked my brain long enough -

someone spill the beans! lol

I've tried to follow the lead on posting fiction but I gotta know, what does FDK really stand for?

Fans Deserve Komments? As in comments with a K? lol, yes I am new at this.
Go easy :p

Friendly, Deserved, Developing, Kommentary? I can't make it out. smile

Dundan,

The term comes from Hazel's excellent story The Ultimate Drug . I highly recommend it! Read it, and you will learn all about FDK! <bg>

Good answer, Vicki <g> I just re-read the story myself. One other thing popped up, though -- her character "Doctor Folk" -- that's a play on FOLCs, which some people may not know... It's short for:

Fans (or friends)
of
Lois and
Clark.

I pronounce it as one word, sounding just like "folk," but I think there are others who spell it out aloud. So, whatever works for you.

and then there's FARCE, but that's a whole 'nother thing! goofy

"You told me you weren't like other men," she said, shaking her head at him when the storm of laughter had passed.
He grinned at her - a goofy, Clark Kent kind of a grin. "I have a gift for understatement."
"You can say that again," she told him.
"I have a...."
"Oh, shut up."
