What is the name of the tabloid paper that writes about Superman and Lois Lane in...that episode where they appear to be lovers?

And is there just one tabloid paper mentioned throughout the series?

I want to say it was the Whisper, or the Whisperer.

I know this is an easy one for those of you who...you know...watched the show!

I don't know what tabloid it was exactly, but there was one called The National Whisperer.

I'm not too sure about this, but I think that wasn't the name of the tabloid in 'Sex, lies and Videotape'. I think it was The Dirty something (yeah, I know laugh . Can't remember what the something actually is confused )

Two tabloids were mentioned in that ep IIRC: The National Whisper and the Dirt Digger.

Digger is a good something wink

Somehow, I could only come up with the Spanish translation for the Dirt Digger (which, in case anyone cares, was El Trapo Sucio)

I thought it was called either the National Whisper or the Dirt Digger.

there were several tabloids mentioned, that i remember. the national whisper, the dirt digger, and the tattler. might have been one or two others, but i can't remember for sure. it was my understanding that all 3 were seperate magazines.

When in doubt, think about penguins. It probably won't help, but at least it'll be fun.

The Dirt Digger was the tabloid used in Sex, Lies, and Videotape.

Checked the script for "Sex, Lies, and Videotape." It mentions:

  • "Global Inquirer"
  • "Dirt Digger Weekly" (later referred to as simply the "Dirt Digger")
  • "National Inquisitor"

The "National Whisper" was mentioned in "Strange Visitor," "I'm Looking Through You," and "The House of Luthor."

Do you know the most surprising thing about divorce? It doesn't actually kill you, like a bullet to the heart or a head-on car wreck. It should. When someone you've promised to cherish till death do you part says, "I never loved you," it should kill you instantly.

Well, thanks to Christiane's site, Jimmy refers to two newspapers in front of Lois and Clark: the Inquisitor and the Dirt Digger (really fitting name it seems).

Ihr habt noch nicht die heutige Ausgabe vom Inquisitor gesehen, oder?
(...)
Oder den Dirt Digger?

But in the picture, the newspapers shown are first "Tato or TaM (somethingican'tdecipherbutendingby'ale') Weekly", second "Dirt Digger" and... a third one I can't figure out. confused

So...it wasn't as easy a question as I thought.

Thank you, everyone, for your help.

I really appreciate it!

okay,

this undecipherable title nagged me so much that I rewatched the ep and...the three newspapers shown on the pic are:

National Inquirer
Tattletale Weekly
Dirt Digger

Hope that helps,
