I know it's on Carter avenue, though I'm not sure about the number. In 'Whine Whine Whine' we see the number 320 on the front of her building when she came in with Scardino, but I recall someone mention here that that was a mistake of TPTB. Check past posts, someone already asked that once.
EDIT: okay, having some spare time on my hands I found it for you (from Lois and Clark, September 5th). Nan asked the same question.
