I haven't been around for a while; RL is keeping me busy. Just wanted to let you all know that I'm alive and writing (when I can), and I will be getting the next part of 'Deck' out as soon as I can! Thanks to all of you giving feedback!

Thank goodness! I mean, sorry about the RL thing, first and foremost. But I was so into Double Helixes and thinking that our Jaxie had left the fandom, and now what?
Keep up the writing. Since I know it's coming, I can be patient. Honest.

Do you know the most surprising thing about divorce? It doesn't actually kill you, like a bullet to the heart or a head-on car wreck. It should. When someone you've promised to cherish till death do you part says, "I never loved you," it should kill you instantly.
