This had a promising start and I too would love to see more! thumbsup

Lois: Can I go?
Clark: No.
Lois: Oh come on, Clark, why do we go through this? We both know I’m going to go.
Clark: Then why do you ask?
Lois: I’m trying to be nice.

"You told me you weren't like other men," she said, shaking her head at him when the storm of laughter had passed.
He grinned at her - a goofy, Clark Kent kind of a grin. "I have a gift for understatement."
"You can say that again," she told him.
"I have a...."
"Oh, shut up."

I'll join in the nagging. We'll have the FBI set up speakers outside your house and play the "Rice A Roni, the San Francisco Treat" jingle loudly over and over until the next part is posted. OK, maybe not. smile But it's probably better than getting a gift from Dan Scardino. dizzy That would just be too cruel.

These guys might come a knockin', though.

Yikes! Has it been that long??? eek I promise, I haven't forgotten about it. I actually ran into a bit of an A-plot dilemma coming up in the second and third part, and I've been trying to work out the kinks.

I promise, *promise* I haven't forgotten about it, and hearing that you're so eager to read this story of mine just makes my entire year. blush

Off to work out the A-plot kinks...
