Over in the fdk folder for the latest part of Leela's story, Pam said: I know there are some volunteers who comb through the archives and create/update TOCs for busy authors Actually, I'd been thinking along those lines myself earlier. I have some free time, so I was thinking about trawling through and either setting up TOCs for stories which don't already have them or updating those which have fallen behind because the authors are struggling with free time right now. Plus...I just like making up TOCs. So, it doesn't take much to keep me happy, so sue me. Any author who has a serious objection to me doing this on their behalf - speak up now. Or, if I end up doing one before you do, let me know and I can delete it and let you do your own thing. LabRat

oh jeez, you can make all my tocs from now on. I hate doing it. I don't know, why, I just do. Actually, I don't mind setting them up, I just always forget to update them and then I have to go back and updates a bunch of sections at once.... I know, it's hard life. Annie

Labby, ditto Annie's post. I loathe doing them, too, and yet I know they're not that hard. Yes, please, I'd love the help.

LOL, thanks. Okay, I think that's us now up to date for all three TOC folders. There were two folders I just couldn't track down: Smallville Players III - comments folder for part two.
In Sickness and In Health - comments folders for parts one and two.So if anyone knows where they are, please let me know. Or even if there was one to begin with. Other than that, I think we're cool - anyone who spots any links errors let me know! LabRat

LabRat, I had a quick look and found In Sickness & In Heath P1 & 2 Comments (one folder). It was just above P3 when I just looked. I didn't see SPIII Comments P2, tho. Thanks for this LabRat, it'll be a great help when I come to catch up on all the fic I've missed, in 2 weeks time. Loriel

Thanks, Loriel! I'll go add that in. And you're welcome. I had a fun morning doing it. Darn (she says unconvincingly <g>) just realised I've forgotten the Fanfic Challenge folder. LabRat (rolling up her sleeves and humming a happy tune...)

Hi LabRat, Great job with the TOCs . I just wanted to point out that I don't think "Gone in a Flash" was written by Bethy; I think it was by Betsy. - Alicia

Well, thank you, Liz and Wendy, but I can assure you it was motivated purely by self-interest. I had a whale of a time. In fact, quite disappointed there weren't more of them to do. Glad it will help though! LabRat

Well, Labby, since you're asking so nicely, how about mine? Just wondering: are you going to set up a whole new TOC for these boards or are you just going to upload the missing parts to the existing one? It would be nice to have one separate from the one at Zoom's. Is that your intention then I'd be very happy if you'd do that for me! Ursie

Oh, yes, that's a good idea. If you ever feel like making and/or updating TOCs, I would appreciate it if you did that with my stories. (Just for the record, I haven't posted any new parts for "Lois, Clark & Sharlynn" - yet.) Thanks. And also THANKS for doing such hard work - that's what I consider making a TOC. All writers and readers appreciate your help. Even more because you please us by doing something that pleases you, too Anna_B._the_Greek (who is planning to post many, many, many, many, many stories when her exams are finally finished )

Just as a matter of course, I deliberately left out those stories which were begun on Zoomway's mbs and are linking back to TOCs there. For various reasons, it's just too complicated. All in all, it just seemed easier to let those stories which are straddling both boards, so to speak, work their way to their conclusions and leave them as they are. It's much simpler. But, I will, of course, be more than happy to set up and maintain TOCs for any future stories you post here. LabRat
