Okay, let's see, it's definitely an elseworld...there's some sort of civil war or something in either South America or Latin America...Lois and *Claude* go to investigate it and find Clark there, and Lois and Clark each think that the other person is working for the evil side...and Clark gave a bunch of money to some poor family...sound familiar to anyone?

that sounds a lot like without checking the water level, by ml thompson. great story. fairly long, but worth every k. smile

Oh, must go read! I'm currently re-reading ML Thomson's Cause and Effect, afetr re-readinfg most of her other stuff today/yesterday. Must go and find a life. Any life. laugh
