Counterfeit Kryptonite

We live in a world filled with counterfeits. Counterfeit purses, jeans, watches, drugs, you name it someone makes and sells a phony, a knockoff.

In the L&C 'Verse and the Superman 'verse someone somewhere has got to be selling fake kryptonite.

There have got be some funny / confusing /evil tales lurking in the background.

This is one of the plot points in my Movieverse story The Return , with Lex briefly going into the business after Superman Returns.

Thanks for reminding me of that, I think I may use the idea again in the next sequel!
