Isn't it funny how our minds work? Even when the evidence is right in front of her, Lois can't accept it and comes up with something else to explain what she saw.
"I can't wait to hear your excuse when you don't get there until eight."
Aw, this is a bit sad because we already know what went wrong.
Glad to hear Clark's making some progress. He needs to shave!
