Lovely, wonderful chapter. Loved all the intimate affection between Lois and Clark -- not intimate in a sexual way, but intimate in a quiet, loving way that's almost more striking. I can't see how Dan could miss it (certainly Sam, Jon, and Martha didn't), but it will be interesting to see if he's willing to read the writing on the wall or if he tries to give it one last shot at the Corn Festival. Either way, I can't wait to see what happens next for our favorite couple.
