Finding this story a little late in the game...
You actually make me like Dan in this. He's one character that I didn't care much for, mostly because of the way he treated Clark.
But I've always liked Mayson, and felt sorry for her. I'm so glad that I took the time to read this. You have a wonderful writing style.
