This looks like Clark's power fluctuations in Lethal Weapon. Though I think something else is going on here. Solar Flares influencing Clark? But I would assume that he must have experienced other sun storms during his time on Earth. So it would have to be a massive one. Can't wait to find out what's going on. Love this universe.
