k Callan was the perfect actress to portray the updated version of Martha Kent. When I first saw the pilot I thought, 'this is the best Martha ever! This sensitive tale was beautifully written and shows her strength and deep inner beauty.
The ending was a sweet surprise. It figures Martha would remember that unusual couple they meet so many years ago. It is a pity that was never mentioned in the series.
Again, a wonderful story.
