This seems a little similar to my story
Spark of Discovery. In it, it's not a bomb, but a firework laced with Kryptonite. Lois takes the nearly unconscious Superman to her place where he uses the shower to rid himself of the dust. Lois is not in on the secret and worries about not being able to get a hold of Clark.
