What if Kara and Kal-El both were found by the Martha and Jonathan Kent that night?

So often whenever we're introduced to Kara Danvers / Supergirl, something has happened to make her arrive to Earth years after her cousin Kal-El, making her younger than her cousin. What if Jor-El's plans worked? What if she arrived with him and they were both adopted by the Kents? How would knowing where he came from changed and shaped Clark's personality and his life on Earth? How would having Kara as his 'big sister' have changed the Kent family dynamic and Clark's goals in life? Would she have become Supergirl while a teenager (hence the dreaded 'girl' moniker) or would she have encouraged Clark to hide his true self after a terrifying visit from Trask and B39? Would Clark still want to be a reporter? How would he meet Lois?
