I have used music to set the mood in other stories. It seemed particularly appropriate in this one.

As for the Carlton Powers murders, read on.

The back and forth was necessary. Hopefully I am carrying it off successfully. While Lois and Margot are in each other’s universes, time is not standing still for one of them. Time passes and things happen. They are each trying desperately to fill in for the other, but they have different backgrounds and capabilities.

Relating the events in the two universes are not proceeding at the same rate of necessity, but it will all work out in the end.

For example, at this point for Margot over a week has passed while for Lois it has only been a couple of days.
