As you will see in the following chapters, the background information is needed to really set the scene for when we get to the main part of the story. We are still building up to it.

I shall not disappoint my readers. I made a promise when I first started writing that I would not even start to post a story until it was complete. Barring holidays I will maintain my Tuesday/Friday schedule. In case of a Friday holiday, I will post a day early.
