Clark is traveling the world and lands in Scotland, he meets a family and gets close to them especially the Matriarch who becomes like another mother to him.

He eventually leaves but comes back just before she dies. Its a hazy outline, but I would really love to read this story again.

A writer's job is to think of new plots and create characters who stay with you long after the final page has been read. If that mission is accomplished than we have done what we set out to do, which is to entertain and hopefully educate.
