However I doubt that Lois will be able to convince AltLois of who she is. I would think that they would have a telepathic connection or some sort of eerie self-knowledge. I suspect they'd do a couple rounds of "On three: Who's your mother's father's name?" before deciding, 'ok I trust you enough to listen.'
