yeah, I'll agree---some dark is too bitter. there's some pretty spooky stuff out there that carries the lable "chocolate". I spent three weeks with my sister in england in 2004, and saw the choices they have in london. americans just
think they like chocolate, but some of the stuff I saw over there.... that stuff could sit down and whip you in a game of chess, it's so deep.
