One thing that may help... are you sure it needs to be 46 megs? Saving with a different file format/codec and/or reducing the size, framerate, etc. of the video can save you (and anyone who wants to download and watch) a lot of file transfer time. Most of the videos you see in the FoLC Productions folder aren't even half that size. FoLCVideo.com won't even take files over 10 megs without special permission and arrangements.
