Mad Dog Lane, I've had to delete that avatar from your profile, because it's considerably larger than the boards allow for avatars. You may have an icon no larger than 100x100.
The board admins did email you a couple of days ago asking you to resize it. If you're not able to do that, then I'm sure Elena will do it for you if you ask her.
