I like Robert Frost's work for its simplicity and directness and his insight on humanity. I like Ogden Nash's work for his quirky sense of humor. Beyond that, I like certain poems for no reason I can put my finger on besides my mood at the moment.

This is one of my other favorites, by Stephen Crane.
