The time is definitely - Sunday night/Monday morning midnight - like 23:59:59 Sunday.
This year there are approximately 118 stories eligible for the Kerth awards. As you can see the number is down on previous years. Unfortunately, K-Com won’t be adding a new category.
When the nominations are in we may have to delete a category, especially if the same stories are nominated in several categories. Long stories are eligible for several categories – Drama, Elseworlds, Relationship, Episode Related, Revelation, Comedy and of course Best Overall.
